A tough day on the track.

This video I took just as we arrived at our Tea House for the night after trekking from Ama Dablam Base Camp, it was one of the hardest days of the trek (for me anyway) as we had not track to follow just a direction to head in, down a mountain and into and down the riverbed. A big day and as you will see we were wiped.

You can really see the physical and mental exhaustion in you. Never seen you like that and again it just goes to show how important all the training was.
