Get the gear packed!

The one question we always get asked is….what sort of gear are you taking?….so I thought i would take a quick photo of my gear before I start to pack, you will find that all the guys have similar gear to what you see here and as you can see from the photo we have a fair bit to take. I starts with self inflating mattresses,thermal tops and bottoms,hats,scarfs & beanies,trekking quick drying pants and shirts, day pack for your cameras and gore-tex jacket,head-lamps & trekking poles, Panadol,voltaran & diamox which we may need for altitude sickness then a host of other bits and pieces like water bottles,pocket knifes,playing cards and ipods…..you get the idea. Fortunately we don’t have to carry it all!

Thank goodness we don't have to carry our own packs!
