The Famous Lukla Landing Strip!

I have been asked many times if I had seen the plane that takes you to the start of the trek and the airstrip which was built by Sir Edmund Hillary, well of course I have but I wasn’t sure if everyone has seen it so I have included a couple of small clips to show you what its like landing and taking off at what is known to be “The Worlds Scariest Airport” …Cheers Mike

Gee, thanks Mike. I wasn’t worried about the airport before. But now…. i’m bloody sh%#~ing myself. Especially after seeing the footage of plane wrecks. John
