Try and get people’s international freight shipments to the right place and on time for the right $$$.

What do you like to do in your spare time?

Spend time with the family, drive my old Mustang around the streets of GC, make my wife laugh , teach my children , trekking , getting the blood flowing!

Into the Wild, Schindlers List, Pulp Fiction

Top 40 thanks to our 4 kids!

The Eagles , Mr Buble’ – old and new school – I like it all – plus some classical or even opera in the right mood!

3 Favourite songs and why?

Nessun Dorma – not once have I heard that song by my man Luciano that the hair on the back of my neck does not stand on end , and it was my late Oma’s (Nana) favourite song too.

Midnight Special CCR – an oldy and a goody – back in the small country town where I grew up this was the one me and some good old friends would belt out over karaoke in front of a hundred or so people in a pub!

When September Ends – Green Day – Kathryn my wife and I’s song when we first met which always reminds me about one of the best times of my life!! (brownie points for leaving home for 3 weeks people)

What is your favourite holiday destination?

South Island – NZ – WOW went there 2011, sooo beats the North Island, the scenery, the people, the rugged cold, the rain, the remoteness – I swear it must have the whole planets scenery within 5 hours drive of anywhere!

Mike – apparently the Milford track is really nice… a lot closer to than somewhere else we are going.

Boxers or briefs?

The ones in between – like the bike pants soooo good and keep everything under control.

Barack Obama – just to ask him why all the awesome ideas with no follow through.

Anyone who passed away younger than me.

You have the chance to do more than all the others who have gone before you and that inspires me to be thankful for every day I get to have and you must do something each day just to make you feel that little bit alive!

Why are you going on this trip?

To get that “alive feeling” back.

To open my eyes to a third world Country.

To push myself physically and most importantly mentally into something I needed to do to achieve so much more in life once I get back.
